Gift Voucher terms and conditions (UK, Jersey & Guernsey)

UK: A Gift Voucher or eGift Voucher can be used in full or part payment for any service purchased from On The Limit Tuning.

• The minimum value needed to activate a Gift Voucher is £50 and the maximum value which can be stored on a Gift Voucher is £300.
• The minimum value needed to activate an eGift Voucher is £50 and the maximum value which can be stored on a eGift Voucher is £300.
• In the event that any payment used to activate or top up a Gift Voucher is not authorised, or otherwise defaults, any corresponding amount added to the Gift Voucher will be removed.
• When services are purchased using a Gift Voucher, no change will be given in cash but any value remaining on a Gift Voucher can be used in full or part payment for future purchases. Where a Gift Voucher holder wishes to use a Gift Voucher to buy services with a value higher than the value on the Gift Voucher, he/she will be required to pay the difference in value.
• The value on a Gift Voucher cannot be exchanged for cash or refunded. Where On The Limit Tuning agrees to provide a refund for services purchased using a Gift Voucher, the amount of the purchase price paid using that Gift Voucher will be reimbursed by way of a credit note for use on On The Limit Tuning services.
• A Gift Voucher that has been purchased will expire and any remaining value will be removed if the Gift Voucher is not used to buy On The Limit services during a period of twelve months.
• A Gift Voucher that has been given or issued as part of a promotion will have variable expiry dates, please refer to the promotional material or information that will be accompanied with the Gift Voucher or eGift Voucher. If a promotional Gift Voucher is not used within the specific time period any remaining value will be removed from the Gift Voucher.
• Please keep the Gift Voucher safe and treat it like cash. On The Limit Tuning does not collect and store personal information on the holders of Gift Vouchers and therefore, if a Gift Voucher is used without the consent of the Gift Voucher holder, or is lost, stolen or damaged, On The Limit Tuning cannot replace or reimburse the value on the Gift Voucher.
• On The Limit Tuning may take any action it considers appropriate if it has reasonable grounds for believing you are misusing the On The Limit Tuning Gift Voucher Scheme. This may include withholding all or part of the value credited on a Gift Voucher.
• On The Limit Tuning may vary these terms and conditions for legal, security or regulatory reasons or may suspend or discontinue the On The Limit Tuning Gift Voucher scheme at any time. On The Limit Tuning will give such notice of any variation of the terms and conditions or any suspension or discontinuance of the On The Limit Tuning Gift Voucher scheme as is reasonably possible, whether by notices displayed in On The Limit Tuning stores, on www.diy.com or otherwise. If the On The Limit Tuning Gift Voucher Scheme is discontinued On The Limit Tuning will give Gift Voucher holders a reasonable period to use any remaining value on the Gift Vouchers.
• These terms and conditions do not affect your statutory rights.
